Nixon recently announced two new members in their surf team, Leila Hurst and Kelia Moniz, two accomplished surfers who give a new dimension to the Nixon team and bring a fresh and feminine touch to the brand. For the occasion Nixon released a new watch series, the Pink Collection, made of golden watched with a pearly pink background that gives a vintage and feminine note, a total crush !

Do I really need to introduce her ? This beautiful hawaiian longboarder and Roxy muse is already well-known for her amazing style on her board and her love of life. Often called “sister” Kelia Moniz grew up on Oahu island surrounded by 4 brothers and has been surfing since she was 5 years old. After few years dancing on her longboard she won the Longboard World Champion title twice.
Leila Hurst
Already introduced on this blog in the article Leila Hurst, an all-around superwoman, Leila Hurst, also from Hawaii, is a young surfer both fun and determined who explores the world to surf and film the best waves.
“The momentum in women’s surfing is undeniable and we wanted to find someone that could bring equal parts skills, style, culture and fun to the team,” said Nixon Marketing Manager Michel Murciano. “We found all of these elements in both Kelia and Leila and, even though they are quite different, together they bring the Nixon women’s perspective to life both in and out of the water.”
